Maintain cleanliness and provide customer service.
Job Responsibilities:Greeting all customers who walk in or are in the front area.
Check in customer purchases accurately in the POS system efficiently.
Open and close out till and registers according to the POS system, maintaining consistent cash accuracy.
Train other staff as needed.
Prepare coffee, tea, juice and upsell counter cake products as needed.
Monitor customer in and out including staff.
Maintain back store or items in their proper place.
Know quality standards for customer service.
Report to work for scheduled shifts, on time and appropriately uniformed.
Accept and offer feedback and suggestions openly and respectfully.
Accept direction willingly and follow through with delegated tasks.
Job Requirements:SPM holder.
Minimum 1 year knowledge of Food and Beverage basics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good in Mathematics.
Strong communication skills.
Team player and able to train and mentor team members.
