About the roleAs a Captain at Manzanita Patisserie & Boulangerie, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet in JBCC Komtar, Johor.
This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our business and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Manage and lead a team of staff to maintain high customer satisfaction
Assist all staff to serve the food and beverages, clean & clear tables, and take orders when necessary
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome to join.
Experience in Buffet & Catering Services is an advantage.
