Car Body & Paint Workshop Supervisor

Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Work Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The role requires effective management of work in progress (WIP), adherence to the 5S methodology, and efficient handling of product demos and price quotes.

Key Responsibilities: Work In Progress (WIP) Management:

Oversee vehicle check-ins and check-outs.
Issue repair orders and ensure they are completed on time.
Conduct quality assurance and quality control checks.
Attend to customer inquiries and provide updates on repair status.
5S Workshop Management:

Implement and maintain the 5S methodology to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Product Demonstration & Price Quotation:

Conduct product demonstrations for potential customers.
Prepare and provide accurate price quotations for services and products.

Required Skills:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them efficiently.
Coordination Skills: Ability to coordinate tasks and resources to ensure smooth and efficient workshop operations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within an automotive or workshop environment.
Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and quality standards.
Familiarity with the 5S methodology and its implementation.
Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
