Responsibilities: Conduct detailed diagnostics and repairs on electric vehicles, ensuring they meet Volvo's high standards and customer expectations. Install, inspect and maintain advanced EV battery systems and electric drive components. Utilize specialized diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of service needs and work performed. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technological advancements in electric vehicles through continuous education and training programs. Ensure adherence to all workplace safety guidelines and regulations. Requirements: Certification in Electric Vehicle maintenance and repair. Proven experience as an EV technician, preferably in a dealership environment. Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology and diagnostic equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to delivering quality work.
