You will have the opportunity to help make a direct impact on our clients (our patients, their families, and partner healthcare organizations) by helping them navigate the resources that are available in Jaga-Me.
Be the first touchpoint for Jaga-Me's customers; managing queries from clients with professionalism and empathyUnderstand patient's needs and able to provide accurate care plan and suggestions on Jaga-Me's services and convey our value proposition to clientsKeep records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback or complaintsAcknowledge and resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social mediaIdentify improvements to the quality of the customer's overall experience with Jaga-MeMaintain service quality by establishing and enforcing organization standardsWork collaboratively and partner with different departments to ensure that efforts to maintain customer satisfaction are consistent Requirements:
The ideal candidate is someone who has high energy, is self-motivated and adaptable in dynamic environmentBeyond people skills, the ideal candidate must possess great communication skills and a positive, empathetic attitude at all times Proactive approach in serving client and ability to honour deadlines - ensure all tickets or clients' queries are resolved well within the deadlineAble to work independently and a strong team playerAble to multitask and toggle between different platforms or IT systems Proficiency in English and a second language is preferred 5 days rostered workweek, which will include weekendsPrior healthcare experience is a plus Interested applicant please click apply, or send in your resume to us.
