_**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:_- Overseeing on-site labor and construction workers.- Able to lead sub contractors / worker- To carry out supervision and monitoring of all the Joinery installation works.- Coordinating daily onsite activities Ensure related materials and equipment are available at all time.- Coordinate project activities to ensure budget, expenses, progress schedule and quality standard are met.- Provide appropriate work completion timeline to clients.- Review and communicate onsite progress to clients.- Plan and implement work schedules.- Adhere to the construction industry's standards and safety regulations.- Undertake site safety inspection.- Prepare and present site reports.**REQUIREMENTS**:_- SPM/ Diploma in relevant disciplines.- Minimum 5 years related site working experience.- Able to communicate, read and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage as the job holder is required to liaise with Mandarin spoken clients and suppliers,- Computer knowledge.- Required AutoCAD skills.- Able to read and understand construction drawings.Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Sungai Buloh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
