Carpentry Site Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Site Supervisor to join our manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in carpentry and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
As a Carpentry Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing carpentry projects, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of carpenters.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Conduct site measurements.
Possess custom cabinetry or plywood relevant knowledge to discuss drawings with interior designers and production managers.
Conduct site visits to ensure installation processes are on track.
Compile weekly progress reports and relevant documentation.
Monitor sub-contractors' work on site, including work sequence, method of construction, and quality control.
Coordinate and handle changes in projects that could disrupt progress during project stages, and resolve all site matters with the site management team, consultant, and sub-contractors.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in carpentry, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and quality standards.
Team player with a positive attitude.
