Cash Management Associate

Execute processes to ensure accurate accounting of all cash and bank transactions for the designated business area, and reconcile all cash flows with underlying transactions to ensure timely and precise recording in financial statements.

Description
Perform all activities and processes for reconciling cash and bank transactions for the designated business area, ensuring accurate and timely recording in financial statements. Maintain processes for reviewing cash transactions to identify and report fraudulent activities. Develop and maintain adequate systems and processes to support effective planning, monitoring, and reporting of reconciliation and bank transactions. Review and recommend improvements to existing or new reports to enhance efficiency and reduce unnecessary workload. Create and maintain proper documentation for record-keeping. Provide various administrative support to the shared service manager, including producing standard letters and performing spreadsheet analysis. Undertake any other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned. Profile
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Finance shared service environment. Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent relevant qualification. SAP experience is preferred. Job Offer
