Job descriptionCheck the readiness of the POS machine before the operation starts.- Check whether the change (either the coins or the bank notes) given by the supervisor, the calculator, rubber stamp and the Operation Log Book are correct and completely provided for the operation before signing to acknowledge the reception of the mentioned equipment.- Proceed to settle the balance by using POS machine and Barcode Scanner to calculate the amount. Utilize the rubber stamp, settle the purchase balance (either in form of cash or in form of credit card), verify discount-related documents, and print the receipt and for the customers.- Count the money from the purchase balance and collect the money into POS's drawer. Process pick up for the amount that exceeds the RM 2,000 limit (the maximum amount of money to be kept in the POS drawer), then submit the picked-up amount to ASM as well as sign in the Money Submission form.- Notify the supervisor and request support to solve problems relating to incorrect price or other problems occurred during operation.- Summarize the balance and count the outstanding balance (Closing Declaration) kept in the POS drawer once the operation cycle lapses. Collect the documents as well as the Problem Report Sheets and submit them to the ASM.- Summarize the purchase balance settled through the EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machine provided by the Bank.- Ensure that the CA's register and POS machine are kept clean and tidy.- Perform other tasks as commanded by the superior.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Holidays- Weekend jobsSupplemental Pay:- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)- Money Handling: 1 year (preferred)
