Key Responsibilities: Process Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.Issue receipts and provide the correct change to customers.Bag or package purchased items efficiently. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly as they approach the checkout counter.Assist customers with any inquiries or product information they may need.Ensure a pleasant and smooth checkout experience for all customers. Maintain Cash Drawer: Keep the cash drawer organized and balanced at the end of each shift.Report any cash discrepancies to the supervisor immediately. Assist Customers: Provide guidance and support to customers when needed, ensuring they have a positive experience in the store.Handle any customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate to the manager if necessary.
