Job Scope Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers, negotiate pricing and discount terms.Identify and finalize the quality of the product and other factors with the most favorable price.Identify the best platform to advertise the product.Conduct market research to stay on top of new trends and business opportunities.Meet and work closely with the suppliers to obtain desired products.Comparing and suggesting the markup rate, mark down and selling prices of the merchandise.Communicate with store personal on activities and promotion goods via display.Prepare bulletin for promotion products and display.Organize work with department and deliver the task based on agreed timeline.Train and supervise junior staff. Requirement Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in related field.Have at least minimum of 1 to 3 year experiences in retail industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Excellent skill in Microsoft Office and Computing.A fast learner, can work under pressure, positive attitude and able to work in a team.Have experience in using SAP System. *Remark: Mainly we are looking for said category (Food/Non-Food, Hardline and Apparel)
