Category Executive

Responsibilities:
Assist and support Category Manager in planning and executing the daily operations of Category Management.
Source/identify and evaluate potential suppliers in engagement for new business.
Attend and analyze shopper needs with potential products sourcing based on updated market trends.
Work closely with suppliers/vendors to ensure swift response and timely resolution on any issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of duties and timely resolution of any issues.
Manage all data entry pertaining to merchandising to maintain in the system.
Manage division documentation in order to fulfill company audit expectations.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure accurate submission of new product listings, promotion proposals, trade plans, and trading agreements.
