Category Manager

Responsibilities:
- Identifying new suppliers while considering network format, seasonality, demand, and market trends.
- Coordinating with suppliers on assortment, terms, prices, discounts, and payment terms.
- Elevating sales levels for SKUs.
- Developing the assortment matrix.
- Gathering and analyzing competitor monitoring data.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required (training is provided).
Candidates with experience as salesmen, store directors, etc., will be considered.
- Proficiency in English and Malay languages.
- Demonstrated responsibility and ability to learn.
- Readiness to manage a large volume of information.
Conditions:
- Operating hours: 5 days a week (weekends off), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Competitive compensation: During probation, the salary is 5000 PM, followed by salary plus bonus (to be negotiated based on interview outcomes).
