_**Responsibilities **_- Plan, organize and develop the food and beverage services of catering business, whilst meeting customer expectations, food and hygiene standards and financial targets.- Supervise and manage the day-to-day running of catering operations- Provide positive and proactive interaction with the clients and guests.- Recruiting and training permanent and casual staff- Organizing, leading and motivating the catering team.- Planning menus in consultation with Chef- Maintaining stock levels and ordering new supplies as required- Interacting with customers if involved with 'front of house' work- Overseeing the management of catering equipment, e.g., checking event bookings and allocation of resources / staff- Planning weekly work schedules, provide instructions to drivers, plan daily logistics and monitor your drivers given assigned tasks closely.**_Requirement: _**- Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Food & Beverages Services Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or Equivalent.- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Applicants must be willing to go outdoor and have driving license, B2 & GDL.- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Food / Beverage / Restaurant Service or equivalent.- Basic computer skills required.- *_*- Personal particulars- Qualifications- Experiences- Employment History- Expected Salary.**_Expected start date : As Soon As Possible ( ASAP)_****_Sales incentives will also be rewarded. _****Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Holidays- Night shift- On call- Weekend jobsCOVID-19 considerations:Wear a mask ,Fully Vaccine**Experience**:- catering: 2 years (required)Willingness to travel:- 25% (required)
