Your tasks- Support Regional CBS Coach in development of CBS roadmap for respective plant- Assist and Facilitate strategy development plan for the plant- Support the owners of the plant BSC KPIs with improvement activities to meet or exceed targetSet and monitor the sustainability for CBS methods in the plant "Specialist/Practitioners" Develop, drive and monitor CBS activities according to roadmaps and execute in the respective areas- Mentor CBS Practitioners to support them in executing the improvement routine- Coach local management / create CBS awareness- Monitor and prepare reports for CIM in plant to CBS Regional Coaches- Provide structure for Business Teams- Monitor and prepare reports PIP Process- To keep plant management team focused in identifying CBS opportunities- Identify CBS opportunities within the area of responsibility and in cross-functional areas- Initiate and coach CBS projects- Moderate workshops to ensure common CBS understanding in assigned area of responsibility- Support Regional CBS Coach in developing future CBS Practitioners e.g. through training and certification- Training and coaching for problem solving- Coach and motivate local management and employees for further CBS implementation- Live and promote the CBS principles and methods- Ensure active involvement in company-wide CBS network- Project reporting to local management and to Regional CBS CoachesResponsible for maintaining CBS Project Database: Project approvals, Project Charter, Achieved results and overall accuracy of information Ensure active participation in the CBS network communities- Use best practice experience of network, participate and ensure best practice exchange within specialists network- Communicate results and lessons learnt to Regional CBS Coaches- Actively use CBS network to resolve problems / difficulties**Profile**:Bachelor degree or master degree in Business Administration or Engineering or comparable profesional training and experienceProfessional experience (at least 2-3 years)Experience in relevant business field (Automotive, Tires, CT) and understanding of relevant business environmentCross functional experience in different functional areasExperience as a project manager for (lean) projectsFirst leadership position, preferably in operational units with direct and indirect responsibility for other individualsExperience in working with international teams is preferableMust be proficient in english: Verbal and written**Offer**:About usContinental develops intelligent technologies for transporting people and their goods.
