Description Primary Objective: Drive creative thinking, ensure all CCRIS requirements are considered and incorporated into Bank's system/ process.To ensure and assist on the submission of weekly and month-end CCRIS data files to BNM, respond to CCRIS Data Verification queries within the deadline set and co-ordinate CCRIS data cleansing activities with system owners, business units and IT.Act as System Administrator for CCRIS systems.Key Responsibilities: GeneralTo ensure and assist on the submission of weekly and month-end CCRIS data files to BNM, respond to CCRIS Data Verification queries within the deadline set and co-ordinate CCRIS data cleansing activities with system owners, business units and IT.Assure all CCRIS data verification queries are attended and responded to BNM within the specified timelines.Assure the Bank is in compliance with BNM's CCRIS and SREF requirements.Assist in the compilation for SREF (monthly / ad-hoc) where necessary.Assist in preparation of Data Quality Report (DQR) where necessary.Assist on the rectification of CCRS data / extraction issues that require changes in IT or other stakeholders.Project and System SupportParticipate in the Bank's new projects or enhancement to systems which have impact on CCRIS and conduct UATs/ PIVs.
Assure the enhancements and data extraction program changes meet CCRIS reporting requirements.Specify any security breaches committed by the Bank's CCRIS Users to Head of CCRIS for onward reporting to Management.Monitor CCRIS's system performance and maintain systems according to BNM and internal IT requirements.Maintain the master list of the CCRIS User access.Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Bachelor Degree or professional qualification in accounting, banking, finance or related discipline.. - •Minimum 3 years experience in CCRIS/ Big Data Management/ Data Governance/ accounting or regulatory reporting.•Good analytical, problem solving, communications and planning skills.•In depth knowledge and experience of CCRIS/ big data/ Banking practice / procedures / methods / systems / regulatory reporting.•A dynamic personality that works well independently or in a team.•Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
