• To build strong customer relationship
• Handle outgoing and incoming prospective customers’ inquiries, building rapport, learning their needs
• Identify and communicate feedback from customer to management for continuous improvement
• To deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of products & services
• Validate & verify customer’s information & details accurately
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia OR English (ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage)
• Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
• Good work ethic, well organized and self-motivated.
• Dedicated, results oriented, positive minded individual striving for positive results
• All races are applicable
• SPM Level and above, Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
