Warehouse Supervisor, Sortation Centre - Spx Xpress (Pulau Indah, Klang)

Job Description:Responsible for the daily Sorting Centre operations including physical operations - mainly receive, sort and outboundInvolves in scheduling, staffing and workflow management, monitoring of key performance metricsManage multiple stakeholders - coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teamsEnsuring the operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management by exhibiting your problem solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever neededProvide daily data reports & identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks & improve the efficiency of your teamRequirements:Experienced in warehouse operations would be preferredStrong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholdersDegree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferrable skill sets are welcome to applyKnowledge in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is encouragedWorking pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days)Working location : Pulau Indah, Klang
