YOUR ROLE
You will lead in managing automation projects in Semiconductor Backend, with the focus on Logistics automation and Material Storage automation. You with work with site collaborators to find the best value-added automation solution for improving productivity and quality at the best possible cost for the company. You also help us with sourcing new vendors for automation.
Coordinate and drive execution of advanced Automation solutions in all Backend Plants.
Present and manage project schedule, cost and completion deadline
Work closely with Business Owner to gather, analyze, consolidate and standardize business requirements; transform into automation solutions proposals
Liaise with external suppliers for automation concept proposal and cost quotation
Roll out automation solution in site with support from operations and site automation team
Work on Engineering analysis (e.g. FMEA and Risk Assessment) on new automation solutions
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Automation/Robotics
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry (preferably in roles related to process/equipment/automation)
Experience in project conceptualization and implementation
Innovative, creative, lateral thinking problem solver
Team-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills in relating to both internal and external customers/suppliers
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI, etc..)
