Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and special offers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee financial activities, including budgeting, billing, and reporting.
Monitor revenue goals and manage expenses to maximize profitability.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations.
Quality Control and Compliance:Ensure all treatments and services meet the highest quality standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare laws.
Implement and monitor protocols for client safety and satisfaction.
Inventory and Equipment Management:Manage inventory of supplies and ensure availability of necessary equipment.
Oversee maintenance and servicing of equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Represent the branch in corporate meetings and industry events.
Qualifications and Skills:Experience in the aesthetic, healthcare, or wellness industry, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of weight management, nutrition, and slimming treatments.
