Centre Operation Assistant (Jb)

Responsibilities: - Attend to walk-in parents and students. - Greet and welcome students to the classroom. - Able to do basic sales roles, eg: introduce art products, issue receipts, class schedule arrangement - Answer inquiries from parents. - Manage the center's operations. - Assist the Art Teacher during classes. - Care for and monitor students. - Maintain the cleanliness of the center. - Conduct stock checks, arrange stocks, and manage stock orders. Requirements: - Willingness to work on weekends and maintain flexibility to accommodate shifts until 9:30 PM. - Proficiency in both English, Malay, Chinese communication. - Strong service orientation and a customer-focused attitude. - Competency in using a PC and basic computer skills. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges. Work Schedule and Locations: Days off on Tuesday and Wednesday.
