As the Modern Resource company, we transform waste into valuable resources in support of building a circular economy. Cenviro through its subsidiary Kualiti Alam Sdn Bhd, owns and operates Malaysia's first integrated Waste Management Centre in Negeri Sembilan which has been in operation since 1998.

The CGP is a targeted 18-month programme committed to cultivating and developing future leaders. Our aim is to inspire a purpose driven career path for our talents. Over the course of the programme, CGP Talents will be provided with exceptional opportunities to develop technical and leadership skills in a comprehensive programme designed to offer a variety of training, development, mentoring, and exposure, including:
18 months Development Programme with rotations depending on your field of studies.Leadership skills development.Networking, Coaching, and Mentoring relationships.Learning curriculumDependent on the nature of work, roles can be based in either our Headquarters Mercu UEM or our plant in Waste Management Center, Port Dickson.January 2025 Intake. Tasks and projects assigned throughout the programme CGP Talents will go through a series of job rotation which combine technical and non-technical jobs in an area of specialisation such as Operations, Engineering, Project and Health, Safety, Environment Department, etc. The programme is tailored for fresh graduates from any discipline with a passion for problem-solving, proficiency in handling numbers, and a desire to work with multiple stakeholders.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Graduates who meet the following requirements:
• Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fresh graduate with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 & above
• Possess leadership presence and teamwork spirit
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Highly driven with critical and analytical thinking skills
• Possess high learning agility and proactive in nature
