Job Description Summary: The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of our company.
This includes expanding our footprint within Malaysia, ensuring business stability, creating new income streams, and spearheading our international expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality or food and beverage industry and possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial acumen.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and long-term goals.
Lead the company in achieving business objectives, including profitability, revenue growth, and market expansion.
Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge Foster and promote company cultures, mission and vision.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, consistency and cost-effective management of resources.
Implement best practices and maintain operation processes to simplify internal workflows and improve service delivery.
Optimize supply chain management and cost controls for maximum profitability.
Business Expansion: Identify and evaluate opportunities for opening new outlets within Malaysia and internationally.
Develop and execute strategies for entering new markets and expanding the brand's global presence.
Form strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market penetration.
Financial Management: Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting and resources allocation.
Review and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure the company's financial health and stability by implementing sound fiscal policies.
Drive initiatives to increase revenue streams and profitability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Act as the company's primary spokesperson, representing the brand in public and at industry events.
Engage with the board of directors, providing regular updates on business performance and strategic initiatives.
Team Development: Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing executive team.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting employee engagement and professional growth.
Develop frameworks and policies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Define performance metrics and ensure alignment with the organizational goals.
Brand Management: Safeguard the brand's identity, ensuring consistency across all locations and platforms.
Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through innovative product offerings and exceptional service.
Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand equity and visibility.
Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO certifications (if applicable).
Identify and mitigate risk related to operations, finance and market conditions.
Uphold ethical standards and corporate governance Requirements EDUCATION LEVEL Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance,  Marketing, Human Resource Management, International Business, or a related field.
An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
WORKING EXPERIENCE At least 10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the F&B or  retail industry Proven track record of scaling multi-location operations and achieving business growth.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Strong strategic planning,business development and problem solving skills.
Excellent financial and operational management abilities.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
