Uphold ethical standards and corporate governance Requirements EDUCATION LEVEL Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, International Business, or a related field.
An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
WORKING EXPERIENCE At least 10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the F&B or retail industry Proven track record of scaling multi-location operations and achieving business growth.
