Ceremony Service Assistant (Ijok)

Supervise, verify and witness the burial, urn, and ancestral installation process.
Coordinate and serve the funeral procession from the temple to the burial site and urn compartment.
Verify and confirm the correct burial plot or urn compartment before the arrival of the procession.
Inspect the burial site to ensure that the burial hole excavated and formed aligns with specifications, the canopy is prepared, excess earth is removed, and the surrounding areas are clean and tidy before the arrival of the burial.
Ensure that the resting area is ready for the funeral procession; Chinese tea is served upon arrival.
Coordinate and witness exhumation, remains, and five grains relocation.
Supervise the delivery servicing of the umbrella, canvas, and incense burner.
Prepare the joss-stick and candle.
Inspect the lot after burial to ensure that excavated stones and excessive earth are removed within the following 10 days.
Complete urn repository and burial worksheet details with a complete document set, including death certificate, burial permit, deceased IC, and others.
Arrange for the car leading for burial funeral cases and ensure the funeral procession is in order.
Perform night watch for exercised cases.
Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Weekend duty claim will be provided.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ijok.
A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
