Certified Trainer

Job Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the training center. Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of internal and external training programs. Identify and analyse the training needs in accordance with the client needs. Research and identifying potential clients and market opportunities within the training industry. Assess the impact of the training activities on the achievement of development plan objectives. Monitor training budget and manage HRDF fund and claim related matters. Coordinate and conduct orientation for new hires. Coach new trainers. Source trainers with relevant qualifications who directly align with the specific needs of our training programs. Job Requirements Bachelor in any discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of related training experience, particularly in corporate industry. Must be HRD Corp accredited trainers. Possessing a professional training certification would be an added advantage. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Affluent communication, presentation and public speaking skills. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision. Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools. Possess knowledge of learning pedagogies, learning management systems and managerial / leadership development.
