Ensure that all industrial customer and medical sector's installation projects are maintained and installed according to the standard best practices in Linde with safety and reliability as utmost priority. Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization at site, installation, inspection, maintenance & project execution to maximize business profits. Lead the team of technicians and contractors to ensure safe and reliable installation. Ensure full compliance to local authority on our people and equipment. Champion Safety, provide visible leadership and create a zero-incident culture. Ensure execution team (including contractors) operates in a manner that is safe for our employees, customers, contractors and public. Supervise the work of technicians and/ or contractors during all C&MES services and installation related activities/ equipment, and train/ coach them. Carry out preventive maintenance activities. Carry out and supervise predictive maintenance and refurbishment activities on C&MES equipment as and when needed. Execute repair & maintenance of C&MES equipment as an outcome of preventive and predictive maintenance. Supervise technician/ contractors for any maintenance related activities carried out on C&MES equipment. Assist Services & Installation Engineer in defining the requirement of spares as needed. Investigate any C&MES equipment related issues/ incident. Liaise with local authorities, ie, Department of Safety and Health (DOSH) office, include the necessary and involvement of site inspection of C&MES equipment, equipment reinspection, PMT Certification validity, and PMT related payment/ process Execute contingency planning in case of emergency. 23rd May, 2024 Purpose of the position:

Ability to handle pressure and to take right decision based on facts in crisis situations. Good communication skills with fluency in local language and basic knowledge in English. Experience in operating, maintaining & troubleshooting of C&MES equipment and installation. Possess good background in safety management and knowledge of hazards involve in operation and maintenance of C&MES equipment and installation. Knowledge of ASU/ Hydrogen/ CO2 processes including the associate hazards. Familiar with Linde and relevant National and international codes and standards. Familiar with local statutory regulations ie, operating licensing, labor law, etc. Proactive/ self-starter/ takes Initiative in problem solving. Assign job to Technicians/ Contractors as per scope and ensure safety and quality of work. Good in documentation and able to use micro-software, ie: WORD, EXCEL and Outlook. Required Qualification/Experience:
Diploma in Engineering or related operations and maintenance experience in any gases industrial set-up/ industrial gases operations. Minimum 5 years experiences in an operations and maintenance environment in process plant and industrial set up, preferably on C&MES and related equipment. Willing to travel around Malaysia, including East Malaysia. Apply For Job
