Job Description:
Chambering Student:
- Explore in conveyancing matters including drafting various contracts, meeting clients, dealing with the land office and high court, and handling non-contentious matters.
- Responsible, humble, and willing to learn.
Junior Conveyancing Clerk:
- Assist lawyers in handling SPA and Loan.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Chambering Students:
- Graduate from LLB Courses, Bar Vocational Course, CLP, or equivalent.
- Good team player.
- Able to work under pressure with a good attitude.
- Fast learner.
Junior Conveyancing Clerk:
- With or without experience.
- Hardworking and willing to learn.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin will be an added advantage).
- Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Guidance will be provided.
* Transport allowances will be provided.
