Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers.
Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers.
We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and recruit new channel partners.
Manage relationships with existing partners to maximize sales opportunities.
Provide training and support to channel partners.
Monitor and analyze channel performance and provide regular reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to align channel strategies with business objectives.
Develop marketing programs and campaigns to support channel sales.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Manage channel budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop joint sales strategies.
Provide regular updates to senior management on channel development activities.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a -related field.
2+ years of experience in channel sales or business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through indirect channels.
Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in developing and executing marketing programs.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
Ability to provide training and support to partners.
