Job DescriptionIn this role at CelcomDigi, you will manage Celcom Franchise Partners in a few key areas listed below:Responsibilities:Develop, monitor & drive an effective Channel Operating Model to drive channel sustainability & productivity.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the Operating Model and make necessary refinements of the sales hypothesis to continually fuel the objective of achieving the agreed objectives and targets.
Work with cross-department stakeholders, especially in the region, to govern the process towards channel transition/harmonizing.
Maintain high attention to detail and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Review SOP and framework to suggest improvements to existing ways of working towards harmonizing to achieve CelcomDigi goals.Requirements:At least 5-8 years of working experience in Business Model/Sales Management/Planning/Performance Management, preferably in a Planning role in a medium to large business setting.
Experience in channel model is a bonus but not a requirement.
Able to resolve conflicts and connect various stakeholders/departments to produce synergized effective outcomes.
Project management skills are a bonus.
Highly proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint for creating visually and verbally engaging communication materials and reports for both internal and external management teams and key stakeholders.
Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven; self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision while handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Strong communicator and team player, able to monitor channel performance, present new campaign ideas, and conduct post-campaign reviews to senior management.
Strong drive to challenge the status quo and push boundaries across teams, departments, and divisions to achieve required outcomes.
Strong motivation and ability to tolerate stressful conditions with tight deadlines.
Positive in nature, with high energy, drive, resilience, and demonstrable passion for consumer sales.
High integrity, confident, appreciates challenges, good communicator and facilitator, values collaboration, and is comfortable working in a team or group setting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
