Channel Management Merchandiser

Responsibilities: Be the key account manager for brands, managing their digital sales channels on the relevant platform/ marketplace (Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 etc) Manage the pricing and assortment strategy and co-responsible for P&L as well as managing the given budget Creating and verifying purchase requisitions, recommending substitutes, and maximizing team revenues.
Scheduling deliveries based on product movement and working with operations to ensure a smooth fulfilment process and the highest customer and consumer experience.
Maintaining records in a clear and accessible manner.
Forecast, measure and report key e-commerce metrics including GMV, number of orders, average order value, discounts, etc Work with content/creative teams on product listings, shop-in-shop designs and ensure content are aligned with brands' marketing and promotion plans.
Assist the Channel Management Project Lead(s) to expand and implement new capabilities.
Timely management and execution of promotions e.g.
alignment of campaign calendars of various channels with brand Provide business reviews, sales reports, purchase orders, inventory forecast and reconciliation to brands Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (brand owners, channels, digital marketing team) to drive digital sales including proposing and executing promotional campaigns.
Work with operations to ensure a smooth fulfilment process and the highest customer experience Cross-country accounts management as and when necessary or requested by your immediate supervisor Requirements:  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and deliver on tight timelines.
Confident communicator with the ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
Comfortable working with large sets of numbers (spreadsheets), analyzing and interpreting data.
Preferably Executives specializing in E-commerce/Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Good written and spoken English.
Possess strong attention to detail and good interpersonal and client management skills.
Good proficiency with MS Office (MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel) and data churning.
Experience with SAP, WMS or any related Warehouse System is an added advantage.
Creative thinking in digital marketing ideas is an added advantage.
Prior marketing experience will be a plus.
