Job scope Distributor lifecycle management (Onboarding, Offboarding, Addendums etc.)Ensure master data is proactively cleaned up and accurate before each loading into the system administration of the In-Hospital Sales Tool, Salesforce.com, ensuring the integrity of the data at all times.Manage inventory auditing performed by vendor and Handle inventory reconciliation based on auditing resultsAdministrative and logistics support for channel partnersDistributor communication regarding price increase cycle, agreement amendments, follow ups on Drug licenseEnsuring appropriate Bank Guarantees are in place for the distributors as per local credit policyRequirements Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in relevant fieldAt least 2 years of related experience in channel operations and tender documentationCandidates with legal background in documentation will be an added advantageExcellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communicationGood knowledge with a variety of software packages, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookGood knowledge of invoicing as it relates to Channel OperationsMust be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teamsBenefits: EPF Socso will be included Entitled for 1-month completion bonus Renewable contract (depends on performance) Interested candidates can drop your resume to [email protected]
