Description Report directly to the Managing Director. Manage and oversee sell-out, marketing, merchandising, fulfillment, and activities in the assigned region. Conduct area channel mapping to identify, engage, develop, and expand business relationships with current and potential partners. Collaborate with various departments, working closely with sales, retail, and marketing teams to achieve business goals. Develop and implement channel strategy plans to increase market share for respective products in the assigned region. Provide actionable support for the successful adoption of new processes, tools, systems, and platforms introduced by HQ. Serve as an influential advisor to Branch Heads, Product Managers, and Sales Administrators to optimize SPMS usage and monitor aging accrual. Work closely with local regional team members to foster a collaborative environment and grow the business. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Profile Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field. 10 to 15 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred. Strong understanding of the consumer electronics market and industry trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with different departments. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong skills in strategic planning, analysis, organization, management, and problem-solving. Experience in regional dealer channel development and an understanding of network dynamics.
