ServerOn Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian company that specializes in marketing, distributing, and reselling data center hardware, including servers, switches, racks, storage, and power distribution. ServerOn's target markets include telecom operators, data center operators, education, and Private/Public sectors. ServerOn is the distributor & partner for a variety of brands like Quanta QCT, QSAN, Asrock Rack, Asus, Unitex, Phison, & Microsoft. In addition, we launched our own brand Neube in 2023.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Channel Sales Manager located in Kuala Lumpur. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing channel partners, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and support. The Channel Sales Manager will also develop and execute sales strategies, lead regular sales meetings, and manage the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
2-3 years Experience in Channel Sales, Channel Partners, Sales, and Sales Management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Have relevant relationships/connections in the industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the data center or IT industry is a plus
Fluency in English and Malay is preferred
