Job Description Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:?Supports order and revenue forecasting within the Asia-Pacific Channel business.?Supports opportunity management, quota planning, sales analytics and reporting.
?Proactively strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in the sales organization's planning & forecasting effort.
?Coordinates activities with other functions and stakeholders in the organization including Supply Chain, Finance, Order Management, Product and Strategy.?Create and maintain accurate and efficient distribution of sales reports and analytics essential to the sales organization.?Participate and provide data for various operational reviews for Sales management and Finance throughout the year?Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
?Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
?Provide high level analysis on changes in revenue/orders to Sales and Finance Teams?Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
?Drives adoption of enabling processes and technologies and drives compliance with sales process and data standards.
?Coordinate customer account and sales territory changes with sales management and key work partners in finance, human resources, and sales systems/data stewards.
