Job Responsibilities:Lead the agile team as product owner to deliver the product road map required to support the business growth and strategy of the wholesale and SME banking segments.
Gain in-depth understanding of business processes to articulate use-cases/user-stories for identified features/capabilities for the identified platforms.
Work in agile framework and be accountable for delivery of product build road map, including strategic and industry projects by ensuring that platform road maps prioritised against business are published regularly.
Maintain regular connect and engagement with key stakeholders, regulator and/or technology partners to define and refine the platform with supporting processes end-to-end.
Collaborate with agile team members to deliver wireframes, user journeys, product backlog, and other artifacts as needed to support technical design and development.
Manage modification and enhancements of existing products to address emerging business, user or regulatory needs, and to optimise the product value based on the feedback.
Manage system issues escalated by customer or frontlines to ensure timely resolution and closure within SLA.
Work closely with IT on release management, identify pre/post rollout implementation activities and support required.
QualificationsJob Requirements:
Demonstrate passion for transformative user experiences.
Good understanding & breadth of transaction banking/cash management products and services, particularly in apply, payments or collections.
Prior experience in Corporate Digital Channels will be highly desired.
Experience in managing a product line in a Fintech company or delivering suite of digital platforms/connectivity will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to build strong partnerships with product partners to obtain buy-in.#J-18808-Ljbffr
