Job DescriptionStrategic Planning
Assist in setting annual store-opening goals for Southeast Asia, breaking objectives into actionable tasks to ensure success.Network Layout
Research cities to develop strategic network plans and optimize store distribution based on business district tiers.Development Management
Track progress, resolve issues, and collaborate across departments to meet store-opening targets.Site Evaluation
Analyze potential locations for foot traffic, visibility, accessibility, and consumer appeal to make informed site decisions.Investment Analysis
Conduct cost and ROI assessments for new sites, providing detailed reports to guide decision-making.Negotiation
Secure favorable leases through negotiation with developers and property owners, expanding site resources.Data Management
Maintain GIS and real estate data to provide insights on rentals, traffic, and market conditions.Team Development
Train and manage site development consultants to enhance skills and efficiency.Other Tasks
Support additional site selection and development responsibilities as needed.
Job RequirementsEducational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.Work Experience
- 3+ years in site development or location planning, preferably in Southeast Asia or international markets.
- Experience in retail or F&B is a plus.
- Knowledge of Southeast Asian business environments and consumer trends.Professional Skills
- Strong market research and data analysis skills.
- Experience in preparing site feasibility reports and ROI projections.
- Familiar with site development processes and legal regulations.Personal Qualities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Independent judgment in assessing urban business districts.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.Language Requirements
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
