Chargeman A4 (Able To Start Immediately)

To ensure LV room and Genset is in good condition- To perform mechanical and electrical works.- Handle all facilities duties- Plan and perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance work as per standing operation procedures.- To ensure site is well take cared.- Check and inspect electrical facilities to ensure that they are effective and safe to be used for operation.- Check and inspect machines or equipment condition daily to ensure that they are effective and safe for usage.- Take meter reading for low tension to monitor the electrical consumption.- Assist to trouble shooting, electrical faults or problems, repairing, servicing, maintenance and installation works.- Take meter reading for water consumption weekly.- Assist to check air compressor condition daily and in charge of its maintenance.- Assist to do maintenance service for air conditioning, firefighting system, cooling tower, water pump and vacuum pump.- Keep a stock list for machine parts and accessories.- Supervise external contractors works / service and monitor their performance.- To be on standby during emergenciesJob Requirement:- Chargeman A4 Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission)- Independent- Punctual- Pro-active- Able to work under pressure and in a fast changing environmentMonday to Friday 9am - 6pmSaturday 9am - 1pm**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Apartment/condominium Chargeman A4: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- License or certification: Chargeman A4 (preferred)
