Responsibility
Ensures smooth operations/functioning of all mechanical and electrical installations/apparatus such as motor, motor starter, switchgear, lighting, air-conditioning system, generator set, UPS, building automation system (BAS), fire protection system etc.Upkeeps the mechanical and electrical installations and attends to the minor repairs of the mechanical and electrical faults, including the replacement of components and parts.Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance to all the mechanical and electrical installations/apparatus according to schedules. Ensures the mechanical and electrical installations in the building carried out by the appointed contractors are adhered to specifications and the Regulations of the relevant authorities. Requirements
Possess a Chargeman A4 Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia.At least 3 years working experience in the M & E maintenance of office building/complexes/data centre.Willing to work on three rotation shifts.
