JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To perform, lead and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and corrective maintenance, work order scheduling, planning, system operation and inspection, conducting economic analysis and improvement especially in the electrical/electronic section.To maintain, install and trouble-shoot of electrical systems, air-condition system,fire system, building, machinery and equipment.Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB and government regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.Ensure new installations and maintenance is safe, correct and legal.Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption as well as, initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure.Operation and maintenance of 11Kv electrical systemPlan and carryout building maintenance works or improvement.Handle Electrical consultant inspection & update status on electric supply condition. Job Requirements: Possess Certificate of Competency as BO 11kV Chargeman from Suruhanjaya Tenaga MalaysiaExperienced in building electrical systems, mechanical and electrical (M&E) is a MUSTMinimum of 5 years relevant working experience as ChargemanProficiency in troubleshooting M&E worksComputer literate with good report-writing skills
