Responsible to ensure the functioning, upkeep, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of electrical utility is maintained per required specifications and regulations under the Energy Commission Malaysia- To manage and handle (11KV and above) electrical equipment including operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting switch gears, transformers, and another related system.- To manage 33kv as specified under Suruhanjaya Tenaga of Electrical Supply Act and regulation- To maintain all facilities-related equipment and machinery to ensure optimum efficiency and reliability as;- To eliminate repetitive breakdowns on all facility's machinery.- To reduce machinery and system downtime.- Yield and quality improvements.- To implement and manage all facility's machinery maintenance programs and repairs procedures to improve machinery efficiency;- To carry out maintenance improvement plans from time to time;- Conduct monitoring, trending, and tracking electricity consumption and record, update, and submit all sub-metering records to the energy saving committee, and develop maintenance repair plans.- To propose cost-saving projects if any;- To carry out building maintenance;- To carry out troubleshooting works for any facilities machinery breakdown;- To ensure the safety and functionality of machinery internal and external compliances.- Responsible for all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy;- Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy Policy, Procedure and SOP;- To work closely with the local statutory bodies (Suruhanjaya Tenaga, DOSH, NIOSH, DOE, BOMBA, etc.) to ensure compliance of the plant and machinery with government regulations and requirements- To coordinate the renewal of JKKP inspection of factory & machineries - e.g. gantry crane & compressors;- Responsible to perform any related duties required by superiors/managementMandarin (preferred)Bahasa (preferred)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
