Chargeman/Handyman

Responsible for the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical wiring system, air-conditioning system, the fire-fighting system as well as other building services.- Liaise with utility providers such as TNB, SYABAS and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.- Responsible to inspect all switch room, transformer room & genset room- Attend to all power or machine failure/short/trip and rectify accordingly- Ensure that all facility/maintenance systems meet statutory regulations, environmental and safety standard.- Carry out out monthly electrical meter reading on switch gear.- Attend complaints, check and ensure all M&E defects and plumbing works are attended to within a specific time and date line- To record, report & arrange spare parts inventory storage- To attend any other assignment that may be assigned by the superior/management.- Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights.- Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.- Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.- Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.- Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building..- Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,584.16 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Holidays- Monday to Friday- On call- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Are you willing to work on rest days and public holidays?**Experience**:- Facilities maintenance: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- Must be a minimum certified AO to A4 level Chargeman (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)Expected Start Date: 12/01/2023
