Job Description:
QSR Brands is looking for a passionate and resourceful Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
- Analyze chat transcripts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide feedback to management on customer insights and suggested improvements
- Support other customer service channels as needed
Requirements:
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Resourceful problem-solver with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in typing and computer skills
- Experience with chat support software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
