Celcom Axiata Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Chat Support Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang. This entry-level position requires no prior experience and is ideal for individuals who are reliable and driven. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing online support to customers through our chat platform.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently via chat.2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Continuously develop your knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements:1. Reliable and driven individual with excellent communication skills.2. Strong critical thinking and planning abilities.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms.5. High school diploma or equivalent.
