Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Confident and driven personality traits
- Strong cooperation and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using chat support software and other online tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required
