Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the chat support team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor chat support performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Train and mentor chat support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 6+ years of experience in chat support management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident and dedicated personality traits
- Emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with chat support software and tools
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
