Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a dedicated and passionate Chat Support Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various chat platforms. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via chat platforms- Provide information about products and services to customers- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues as needed- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible customer experience- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and technologies to improve chat support services

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role- Excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in using chat support software and tools- High school diploma or equivalent required
