### Job Description

MR DIY Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated **Chat Support Officer** to join our team. - **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of MR DIY products, services, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.

### Requirements

- **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer support.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting for technical issues.
