Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Chat Support Representative to join our team at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a part-time associate level position, the Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat channels.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely manner
- Assisting customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating to the appropriate department if necessary
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills in written form
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless support experience for customers
- Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously and prioritizing customer needs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong project management skills and ability to research and find solutions independently
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Hardworking and resilient personality traits
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
