Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Chat Support Specialist to join our team at QSR Brands in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our chat support platform.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for resolution.
5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication.
6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience.
7. Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:
1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Resilient personality with a drive to succeed.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
